FAQs for Ticket Holders
When will my ticket/s be sent out?
Your e-Ticket(s) to the Global Leadership Summit will be sent to you prior to the event when you have made your payment. Your ticket is your entry into the event so you MUST keep it safe!
If I have bought more than one ticket will all the tickets be sent out to me?
Yes, if you are the buyer of the tickets, then all tickets will be sent out to you. You will then be responsible for distributing the tickets to each of the ticket holders. Each ticket holder MUST have his or her ticket to register onsite at the event.
Do I need to provide the details of each ticket holder?
Yes, if possible, please provide us with the full details of each ticket holder: name, email address, mobile and postal address. Please send these details to: GLS@DaySpringConsult.com
Are the seats allocated?
Seating areas are designated according to the ticket types. Within the designated seating areas, the seats are not allocated individually so you can seat anywhere within the section that corresponds to the ticket you purchased.
Please note that you can only sit in the section allocated for your ticket type. For example, if you purchased Diamond tickets, you can sit anywhere in the specially reserved front row seating Diamond section. Similarly, if you purchased the Silver ticket, you are allowed to seat only in the general seating section designated for silver ticket holders.
If I have a group attending the event, can we all sit together?
The seats are not allocated. If your group wants to sit together then you will need to all register at the same time and enter the event together.
If I want to sit next to my friend can I reserve a seat?
No, you cannot reserve any seats. If you want to sit next to someone, you will need to register together & get a seat together when the doors open to the event.
Do we have to register at the event even if we have our ticket?
Yes EVERYONE attending the Global Leadership Summit must register. Each ticket holder must bring along their tickets to the registration counter.
Where is registration located?
Diamond Registration – Follow the signs to the Diamond Registration counter.
Gold Registration – Follow the signs to the Gold Registration counter.
Silver Registration – Follow the signs to the Silver Registration counter.
Our friendly team will be there to direct to you the correct registration counter.
What do we need to bring along to registration?
Each ticket holder must bring along their tickets to the registration counter.
You MUST present your ticket at registration; this is your entry into the event.
When is registration?
Tuesday, 1st October 2013, 8.30am – 9.15am
What do we receive when we register on the morning of the 1st October?
You will receive the Global Leadership Summit wristband which must be worn for the duration of the event. This will give you access to the event over the three days. You will also receive any other delegate materials related to your ticket category.
What are the times of the event each day?
- Tuesday, 1st October: 9.15 am – 6.00pm (Doors open at 8.30am)
- Wednesday, 2nd October: 9.00 am – 6.00pm
- Wednesday, 2nd October: 7.00 pm – 9.00pm (Strategic Leaders Conclave)

Will I be able to buy food at the venue?
No, there are however various eating facilities close to the venue where you can buy food and drink. (Note: Platinum and Diamond Ticket holders have lunch included in your ticket benefits).
Will there be a place to store my luggage at the venue?
No, the venue does not have a luggage storage facility. Kindly make alternative arrangements to store your luggage for for the duration of the event.
